My love affair with real estate spans more than 25 years – from when I began modeling buildings for grade school projects – and I still wake up each day and consider myself a student. This love exists because I try to understand what makes my clients feel fulfilled. To be a truly great adviser and partner, I have to identify ways to help my clients find the elegant solution – not the complex.
Real estate surrounds us, and yet it seems as if there is no focus on what will delight the people using it, or bring happiness to those working behind the scenes to deliver it.
The first thing I ask myself when working on a new assignment – where does complexity exist that simplicity could flourish? How do I enhance each and every transaction for my clients?
