It’s no secret that commercial real estate is grossly behind the curve when it comes to technology and marketing. We at Turton find this to be appalling. This is how my position was born.

My name is Brooke and I wear many hats. One day you will find me brainstorming our new branding strategy and the next day renovating our CRM. My goal is to bring commercial real estate out of the dark ages by infusing creativity and technology into our marketing and operations to benefit our clients.

I love traveling and trying new things; so much so I decided to get my Masters in Marketing in Budapest, Hungary. Navigating a foreign education process draws many parallels with business operations. Problem solving, change management, creative thinking, attention to detail. I’m now a pro. I thrive out of my comfort zone and seek out challenges.

At Turton I am continuously challenging myself to finding new and improved ways at marketing your space requirement or property. Don’t let a commercial real estate firm summarize your asset in brochure with a few bullet points that could be found at the County Assessor’s office. We recognize that your building or business is more than that. It has been formed with blood, sweat and tears. It has a story; a story that needs to be told.
