I received my broker’s license in 1994 and have utilized my years of experience originating, underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans to my client’s advantage. I created a Borrower Advocacy practice to specialize in the exclusive representation of commercial real estate investors, developers and property owners seeking long-term financing or short-term bridge loans. As the Borrower’s Advocate, I have successfully placed hundreds of commercial property debt placements involving industrial, office, retail, multifamily, land development and hospitality transactions. Developing creative solutions, Borrower Advocacy facilitates the needs and goals of the property owner!

Married for over 27 years, I live in Sacramento and enjoy live music, fishing, Steelers football, travel and paying my two daughters college tuition.
