I began my real estate career in 2004 and have specialized in urban property and public sector representation. I have an extensive urban building and land sales and property leasing resume and am the broker for the majority of the urban core’s development community.
I am the listing agent on nearly every ground up mixed-use development, creative office building and urban retail property in Sacramento. I have sold or leased $1 billion, of which more than half is in Sacramento’s urban core.
I work on behalf of many of the region’s most notable developers including Fulcrum Property, AKT Properties, Heller Pacific, SKK Developments, D&S Development, Bardis Miry Development, Miry Development, Anthem United, Hines, Clippinger Investment Properties, Rubicon Partners, Inc., Sutter Capital and Schwager Development.
In addition, my public sector resume is wide-ranging, having represented some of the most prominent public agencies including El Dorado County, Placer County, Sutter County, the Government of Mexico, the City of Sacramento, the City of Elk Grove, the City of Davis and the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency.
