Ken Turton founded Turton Commercial Real Estate in January of 2010. Since that time, Turton Commercial has completed transactions totaling over $2Billion in consideration. The firm is regarded by many to be the foremost authority and most effective sales and leasing agents of urban core properties in the Sacramento Region.
A former Senior Vice President at CBRE, Ken started the firm out of his SUV with 10 of the region’s top developers coming with him. Today, Turton Commercial represents three counties, five cities, over a dozen key public agencies and almost every significant urban infill developer in the region.
Renowned for their innovative marketing and proactive client representation, Ken and his teams have leased over 2,000,000 SF of retail and office space, sold over 4,000,000 SF of buildings and sold land resulting in the development of over 3,000 units of market rate and affordable apartment units.
